Will I pay for customs?

Given that we ship our products from the Netherlands, customers located within the European Union (EU) are not subject to customs fees. However, customers outside of the EU may be subject to customs fees and import taxes. This includes customers in countries such as the UK, Switzerland, and Norway. Please note that Norway, while part of the European Economic Area (EEA) and Schengen Area, is not an EU member state and is therefore not part of the EU customs union — customers in Norway will be subject to Norwegian VAT (MVA) and any applicable customs handling fees upon delivery.

Additionally, it is important to understand that the determination of customs fees and import taxes varies widely across destination countries. These charges are determined by the respective customs authorities and are not within the control of the company. Couriers typically inform recipients of any necessary actions, fees, or documentation once the shipment reaches its destination.

If you are located outside of the EU, we recommend researching your country's import policies and potential customs fees for shipments from EU countries. This will help you understand any additional costs that may apply.

Ensure you familiarize yourself with the necessary import regulations, particularly if permits or specific documentation are required for your shipment. In cases where customs requirements cannot be fulfilled, understand that shipments may be returned, and upon their receipt, the company will initiate a refund for the original order.
