We do not recommend using Nurosym if you have a piercing or an earring on your tragus, or a piercing/earring that will obstruct or touch the Nurosym earpiece in anyway. We suggest removing the piercing, allowing the skin to fully heal for several days (up to a week), and then starting your use of Nurosym.
